Natural stone is a product of nature — slight variation in colour, veining and pattern between the sample you view and the slab you receive is normal and is not covered under warranty. We inspect every slab and tile for structural defects before dispatch. If you receive material with a manufacturing or handling defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details.
